New era of learning : Meditate before studying
I hear many times “My kid is not focused, he can’t sit at one place, he makes silly mistakes, he gets exam anxiety”
I know meditation is a great tool to overcome these as I have experienced on myself and my child too and we enjoy our practice. Now I feel to make my other students to practice for meditation
We are introducing 2-5 min of meditation at the beginning of the class. Spending 5 minute on breathing exercise can lead 5 times better performance in your child. It will benefit children to
- Have Better focus
- Raise IQ
- Gain self confidence
- Feel less anxiety
- Improve memory and concentration
- Better behaviour
